4. Press the ends against your nostrils for 5-10 seconds.
Before you use the nose strips, you should consider the following:
Make sure your skin is dry and free of oils, sweat and creams, otherwise the nose strip will not stick.
If you have an allergy to acrylic adhesive, our nose strips are not suitable for you. The same applies to irritated or damaged skin on the nose.
Our nose strips are a single-use product, do not reuse.
